How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact the Customer Service Department directly to provide the Return Authorization. Refunds are processed the same as the original payment was made. Return shipping and shipping charges are not refundable or issued as store credit.

The return policy of each product varies according to its type, please review the return conditions on the product page before proceeding. Please note that some products are subject to a re-storage fee. See Re-storage charges and Return Shipping Costs, where applicable.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance on returned items. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. For more information on how to purchase this shipping insurance, contact the Customer Service department. Customers are recommended to obtain a tracking or confirmation number when returning an item, this in order to ensure that SALVADOR STORE receives the package. SALVADOR STORE is not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

SALVADOR STORE customer service reserves the right not to accept a return, if the terms and conditions of the aforementioned return guarantee were not met.

Refunds

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the cost of the returned products. Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds. SALVADOR STORE will manage the refund through the most convenient payment method, from the arrival of the order returned to our warehouse. This through the agreement reached with Customer Service. Depending on the payment method and the bank, the deadlines for receiving the refund may vary. As a second option, we offer a credit coupon for the amount of the returned product, so you can enjoy it on future purchases in our online store.

Change or Cancel Orders

Our system is designed to deliver your products as quickly as possible, therefore, you cannot cancel an order if it is already in the process of being shipped. However, if you receive an email notifying you that one or more items are out of stock, then you can cancel that purchase order.
